We collect, process and use the server log files only to the extent necessary. Usually these are deleted after 7 days. In order to uncover cases of misuse, we store the data accordingly until clarification (evidence purposes).

newsletter data

Purposes of data processing of your personal data

Duration of data storage

Special storage period for:

  • Data from registered users who do not want any further mediation and for whom no mediation has taken place by doctari at this point in time will be deleted upon deregistration

    • If placement orders have already been accepted by doctari at this point in time, the data collected will only be kept within the framework of statutory storage obligations and will be deleted at the end of this period.

Recipients of your personal data

The above-named companies and other companies affiliated with doctari GmbH or doctari Pflege GmbH according to §§ 15 ff. AktG receive access to your data and process the data, in particular in the sense of the greatest possible mediation potential for you. We will provide you with detailed data protection information on this  here  to disposal. The respective employees of the companies only have access to your personal data to the extent required. All employees are committed to data protection, confidentiality and secrecy.

Disclosure to credit agencies:
For the credit check of our clients, the corresponding credit agency receives the contact details of the client. We are currently working on this. with Creditreform Boniversum.

Service providers used can receive your data to fulfill the purposes described if they meet the confidentiality requirements under data protection law. Disclosure to potential clients:
Depending on the requirements of the client (potential employer or borrower), doctari makes a professional pre-selection of potential candidates and contacts them by email or telephone. After the candidates have expressed their interest, the data relevant to the placement is forwarded to the potential client by e-mail.

IMPORTANT: The targeted transfer of your placement-relevant data to the client takes place via unencrypted e-mail, since the current state of the art (public key procedure) would still complicate the job placement at your expense and ours. Banks/bank service providers If candidates use the doctari “invoicing” service, doctari collects the corresponding bank and billing data from the registered user and uses it exclusively for this purpose.

Data that we receive about you from third parties: If you have published profiles about yourself in business networks such as XING or LinkedIn, we will look at them. We also carry out search engine research on the Internet.
